Can I use OpsCentr today?
The working local app supports company accounts, customer and property records, quotes, local homeowner approval, employee access, booking requests, crew scheduling, and invoices with manual payment records. Public hosting, email delivery, and online payment collection are not yet available. This website registers local interest only.
What does the Founding Crew offer include?
The offer is intended for the first 50 paying businesses after their selected plan is ready. Electrical or HVAC: $49 / $99 / $199 per month for Core / Assist / Autopilot for the first three paid months, then $79 / $179 / $349. Both trades: $79 / $149 / $299, then $119 / $229 / $449. Included seats are 3 / 5 / 10. Extra seats are $15 per month. The 30-day no-card trial begins on eligible workspace activation. The standard base rate is locked for 12 months from first paid activation; taxes, extra seats, and optional usage are separate. Monthly cancellation, no setup fee, no annual-discount stacking. Interest registration does not guarantee a place or start billing. Assist and Autopilot launch only after qualification.
Will supplier pricing, financing, and QuickBooks work inside OpsCentr?
That is the planned direction. Today you can save supplier account references and manually entered supplier quotes, including part numbers, shipping, purchase tax, and lead time. Live supplier APIs, financing, payment collection, and QuickBooks/payroll require provider approvals and integrations. No provider partnership is claimed by this preview.
How much control will I have over AI?
Core does not require generative AI. Assist is designed to draft and suggest for your review. Autopilot is planned to perform routine tasks under your approved rules, with a pause switch and an exception inbox. Purchases, payroll, and other financial commitments require accountable authorization. AI is not a replacement for a qualified technician or accountant.
Can I bring my existing customers?
Customer import is planned. The proposed Assist and Autopilot launch offer includes one clean customer/property CSV import of up to 1,000 records and one remote setup session. Historical data migration and data cleanup are separately scoped.
